If you’re anything like me, I bet you rarely finish a day without feeling stressed. I’ve got to take care of the kids and keep my hubby happy.

There’s always a lot to work on, cook, clean, and, of course, keep this DIY blog in tip-top shape! It’s a full life, but by 8 pm, I’m always ready to crash.

A few weeks ago, I hit a wall and knew I was in need of some serious R&R. I deserved it!

There’s no better way to unwind than soaking in a hot tub with aromatherapy DIY bath salts. So that’s exactly what I started doing once a week.

I made a wonderful floral bath salt recipe and started soaking for an hour (yes, an entire hour!), every Thursday night. You can do it yourself and de-stress, too!
